Psych is an American television series created by co-executive producer Steve Franks for the American television channel USA Network. James Roday appeared as Shawn Spencer in the series. He played the lead role in the show as the young crime consultant for the Santa Barbara Police Department. 

Shawn emerged as the detective, with an impressive eidetic memory and observational skills. He solves the case with psychic abilities. Also, the second lead is Dule Hill, who appeared as Gus in the series. He is the best friend on the show. 

Moreover, Psych was the highest-numbered US cable television series that premiered in 2006. The network renewed the series' eighth season, which included eight episodes.

In Season 8 Episode 7, "Shawn and Gus Truck Things Up," Shawn create a food Mashup called The Thanksgiving Ball. Psych's favorite food truck owner Maurico killed in at night. The boys bicker undercover and run the truck to explore wildly different theories.

Shawn and Gus go undercover to find the murderer of their favorite food truck owner, so they distribute the free food as a Thanksgiving ball. In the episode, Gus told Shawn about the plan. The character wants it to work as they cannot distribute free food.

However, the character say that they could question many more potential suspects. He made the thanksgiving ball with an entire meal of turkey stuffing, mashed potatoes with gravy string, beans, cranberry sauce, pumpkin pie, and an Andes mint rolled unto a bl battered and deep-fried.

Shawn and Gus Truck Things Up had directed by David Crabtree and written by Saladin K. Patterson. The episode premiered on March 5, 2014.

 

Psych Season 2 "Gus' Dad May Have Killed an Old Guy" Is Also A Christmas Episode

Gus' Dad May Have Killed an Old Guy is the Christmas episode of the series. It is the 10th episode of the 2nd season where Gus's dad had accused of murder. The character asks his friend Shawn for help clearing his father's name. He had blamed him to killed the meanest man in society. 

Psych had 16 episodes in the second season. Also, the first series starts with the John Landis-directed episode American Duos. It is the 16th overall episode of the show. The requisite cruel British judge Nigel St. Nigel hired Santa Barbara's most reliable psychic detective for his protection. 

Shawn and Gus appear as undercover agents in the episode. In the episode, Tim Curry, Cristian de la Fuente, Scott Nicholas Perrie, Gina Gershon, Liam James, and Sage Brocklebank appeared as guest actors in the series. The series had released on July 13, 2007.

USA Network renewed Psych for an Eighth Season, where they distributed a Thanksgiving ball to found murder suspect in episode seven.

The Psych eighth season had released on December 19, 2012. There was only the eighth episode first. However, they added two more on June 25, 2013, and made it ten. The USA Network announced its last sequence on the series on February 5, 2014.

The two-hour TV film had released on December 7, 2017. Also, the series annouced its main villain as Thin White Duke. The show returned with its original cast.
