Is Nancy Lee Grahn Leaving General Hospital?

Nancy Lee Grahn confirmed that she was taking a break from 'General Hospital' last July. Hence, it was sure that the viewers who have been enjoying the banter between Alexis and Gregory would have to wait a little bit to see how that particular romance develops.

She tweeted, "Was on GH yesterday with my adult women friends Finola Hughes and Genie Francis (Laura and Anna), and today with my TV prof as I late it with my real-life prof." "All OK. I won't be on my PC for a bit, but I'll still be here [on Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram], and I hope you like it.

However, now, it's been more than a month, and there is no sign of the actress returning. This has sparked rumors about her actually leaving the show. However, she has not addressed any of it as of now, and fans will have to wait for more. Until a reliable source comes up with the news regarding this, we will have to stay in confusion.

General Hospital fans over the years have loved their Alexis Davis, and we all hope that the rumor is false.

Has Nancy Lee Grahn Gotten A Surgery?

The actress announced on Instagram that she had returned to the General Hospital set after having to take a break in March to have back surgery owing to a cyst on her nerve.

However, just a month after it, she again went on another leave. Although the actress made no further mention of her time away from the serial, it appears that she is simply taking a summer break with her real-life partner, musician Richard Smith.

When Stephanie Erb temporarily filled in for Grahn while he was on medical leave recovering from back surgery in April 2022, the part of Alexis was temporarily recast.

After undergoing major surgery recently, Nancy Lee Grahn seemed to be in good enough health to resume her job at General Hospital. She was diagnosed with two cysts on her spine, which needed to be removed in order to treat her back pain.

Once a few days of recuperation, she returned to the performance after the treatment was complete and was active with the same enthusiasm she had in the past.
